All payments made for services such as website design, software development, ERP solutions, mobile apps, or digital marketing are non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used for:

• Resource allocation and team scheduling
• Project planning and analysis
• Initial development work and setup
• Procurement of necessary tools and licenses

Therefore, advance payments are not eligible for refunds.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

• No refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work
• The client will be responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any partial deliverables will be made available to the client
• The client may be charged for additional costs incurred due to cancellation

4. Software & Digital Products

Refunds are not applicable for the following software solutions or licensed products:

• ERP software
• MLM software
• CRM software
• Nidhi or banking software
• Any downloadable or licensed digital product
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions
• API access and integration services

5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Decent Web Services LLP.

Exceptional cases may include:

• Service failure on our part affecting project delivery
• Technical issues beyond the client's control
• Mutual agreement between both parties

Even if a refund is approved in exceptional cases, the client may not receive a full refund and may be charged for work already completed.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
• The client will receive a confirmation email with transaction details
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
